OLLIE FARTHING
illustrator, designer & artist
ABOUT ME
I began studying Illustration at University College Falmouth and later trained as a scenic painter at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School. I spent the following four years doing scenic work for the Royal Opera House and the National Theatre, whilst also freelancing for other theatres, TV and film.

After years living out of a suitcase, I decided to put down roots again and signed up for a Graphic Design course at Manchester’s Shillington College. I then learned the ropes as a graphic designer at various agencies, creating websites for top universities and other organisations. As I grew more confident with online design, I found myself pouring more of my past illustrator self into my work, combining traditional painting methods with the Adobe Creative suite, Procreate and other platforms.

I am always on the lookout for freelance commissions so if you would like to discuss any projects or have any questions about my work, do reach out!
